Returns Policy

We hope that you love your new product but in the event that you are not 100% satisfied please contact us at sales@sunshineandsparkles.co.uk  within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange/refund. 

Please note goods must be returned to us in their original condition.

If the product(s) you received were faulty, or damaged in transport we will either exchange or refund the price of the product and any delivery charges incurred.

All prices are in £ sterling and exclude UK VAT at the appropriate rate.

Free delivery on orders over £45 to UK Mainland

We currently deliver within the UK and aim to despatch all orders within 7-10 days of receipt.
