Use these cards alongside your copy of Time to Shine or as a stand-alone item.

Use them however you feel drawn. Make a point of using and saying an affirmation at LEAST once every day.

You can choose to use the same card for a full week to really cement that specific affirmation or shuffle the deck as and when you feel aligned, to find which message you need to guide you at that moment.
